When people subscribe to become Members of the Church of Holy Water, they become eligible to access our Bible-based curriculum on divine health; our God-given, Life-Charge health extension products; and our many other, ever-expanding health extension materials. The Member understands that membership in the Church is also important for purposes of invoking the clergy privilege for communications between the Member and the Church's clergy and for purposes of making it clear that any counseling, nutritional recommendations or products the Member receives from the Church's clergy are related to the 'practice of religious tenets' of the Church, and--therefore--do not constitute the practice of medicine pursuant to Fla. Stat. 458.303(1)(g). Membership in the Church does not nullify or conflict with memberships our Members may have in other churches or organizations. Thank you.
